1. General Principles
We want you to feel confident when you order authority backlinks from Ranker.one. We strive to:

- Work only with genuine websites and high-quality placements.
- Deliver the number of backlinks purchased, or provide a fair alternative or adjustment if issues arise.
Because SEO and link building involve factors outside our control (such as search engine algorithm changes and third-party website policies), we cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes (e.g., rankings, traffic, revenue) and do not offer refunds based on SEO performance alone.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the status of your order at the time of your request:
2.1 Before work has started
If you request a cancellation before we begin work on your order (for example, before we start outreach, content preparation, or placement negotiations), we will typically issue a full refund of the amount you paid for that order.
2.2 After work has started
Once work on your order has started, costs are incurred on our side (time, outreach efforts, content, placement fees, etc.). For this reason, full refunds are generally not available after work has begun. However, we may, at our discretion:
- Offer a partial refund for any portion of the order where no meaningful work has yet been carried out; or
- Offer to adjust the order (e.g., different targets, replacement backlinks, or a credit toward future work).
2.3 After backlinks have been delivered
Once backlinks have been delivered and a report has been shared, the Service is considered substantially completed. At this stage, we typically do not provide refunds, except where required by applicable law or in rare, exceptional circumstances determined at our sole discretion.
3. Link Removals and Third-Party Changes
Our Service relies on third-party websites that we do not own or control. These sites may change their content, update their policies, or remove links over time. While we aim to work with stable, reputable websites and minimize the chance of removals, this risk cannot be completely eliminated.
If a backlink we placed is removed within a short period after delivery, we will typically:
- Attempt to restore or replace the link where reasonably possible; or
- Offer an alternative placement of comparable quality.
We do not generally provide refunds for link removals that occur due to third-party actions beyond our control, especially if the backlink was previously live and reported as delivered.
4. SEO Performance and Expectations
While our goal is to provide high-quality, authority backlinks that support stronger SEO performance over time, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue improvements.
Refunds are not granted solely on the basis that:
- Rankings did not improve to a specific position.
- Traffic did not increase as expected.
- A competitor outranked your site.
SEO outcomes depend on many variables, including your site's content, technical setup, competition, and broader marketing strategy.
5. Incorrect or Misleading Information
If we encounter issues because the information you provided was incomplete, incorrect, or misleading (for example, invalid URLs, misrepresented niche or content, or sites that violate our acceptable use guidelines), we may:
- Request updated information to continue the work, or
- Cancel the order and provide a partial refund, adjusted for work already completed.
In cases where your website or content clearly violates our Terms of Use or applicable law, we reserve the right to cancel the order without a refund once work has begun.
